At Laughing Bird Coffee Co., every order is roasted fresh just for you! Because we prioritize freshness and quality, our shipping process is slightly different from mass-produced coffee. Here's what to expect when ordering:

Our Process

• Each order is custom roasted after purchase—no pre-roasted coffee sitting on a shelf.
• Orders are processed every business day for the next day's roasting schedule.
• Once roasted, orders are packaged and shipped out as soon as possible.

Shipping Timelines

• Order Processing & Roasting: 3-5 business days (may be longer during peak seasons).
• Shipping Time (Once Shipped):
  • USPS First Class: (For 1 x 12oz bag) – 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: (2-8 bags) – 2-5 business days
  • UPS Ground: (9+ bags) – 2-5 business days
• Total Time to Delivery: 5-10 business days from order placement.

Important Notes

• No Expedited Shipping – Since each batch is roasted fresh, rushing the process isn't possible. Freshness is worth the wait!
• Tracking & Pre-Shipment Status – If your tracking shows "pre-shipment," it means the label has been created, and your order will be picked up soon.
• International Shipping - Not available at this time.
