Sourced from 400 family-owned farms in the municipality of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, where producers cultivate coffee on about 2 acres intercropped with corn and beans for personal use. With limited infrastructure for processing, they partner with Unitrade Coffee, which operates a central wet mill in Huehuetenango. Beyond improving market access, Unitrade founded CoffeeCare, a program supporting education, nutrition, and health, providing safe, enriching spaces for children during the harvest.
