Sourced through Alma de Chiapas, an umbrella cooperative supporting smallholder farmers across the region, this coffee helps strengthen farmer groups through business, financial, and quality-management programs. The cooperative represents 599 farmers cultivating more than 1,650 hectares in Chiapas.
